For those who are looking for a highly focused treatment. For example, you only need a specific area focused on such as the shoulder, or just the lower back.

Children of any ages can get a treatment and it can be very beneficial especially if they are athletic. Since their bodies are much smaller, a 30 minute treatment is usually the best option.

Treatment can include a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, positional release, soft tissue release, soft tissue mobilisation, peripheral joint mobilisation, myofascial release.

The red marks are a result of the blood being pulled into the area. The darker the mark, the more stagnant fluids (toxins, blood and lymph) are brought up during the treatment. The marks last anywhere from a few hours to 15 days, however the more often you receive cupping for the same issue the lighter the marks will be.

Unfortunately, if you take anticoagulants you cannot have cupping as a treatment.

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It will be performed the traditional Indian way with you in a seated position.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
